Everything you need to know about applying to Cathedral Chapel School.
Every Tuesday between 8:30am — 12:00pm, families are welcome to schedule a 20-minute tour with a CCS Student Ambassador. This tour allows you to walk through the classrooms of your choice, meet the teachers, and have your questions answered. Your tour will end at the office, where you will receive an application and find out more information about tuition and rates.
However, if Tuesday doesn’t work with your schedule, we are always happy to accommodate interested families! Simply call or email the front office, and one of our staff would be happy to schedule a time that works for you.
Please note, if you/your child has missed our annual testing date, please contact the main office to set up a testing appointment.
Please download the complete application (or contact the office for a printed copy that you can pick up from the school) and return via email, by mail, or in person.
All new students must take the Placement Exam. The Placement Exam is administered by a faculty member on specific testing dates. It evaluates a student’s readiness in Mathematics and Language Arts.
The school mindful of its mission to be a witness to the love of Christ for all, admits students regardless of race, color, national origin, and/or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.
The school does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, disability, medical condition sex, or national and/or ethnic origin in the administration of educational policies and practices, scholarship programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs, although certain athletic leagues and other programs may limit participation and some archdiocesan schools operate as single-sex schools.Any parent who has chosen to take their child out of CCS and wishes to apply for readmission must submit a letter to the principal stating why they chose to take their children out of CCS and why they would like their children to return. Students/Parents who have been asked to leave CCS and who wish to reapply will be considered on an individual basis and subject to all admission policies.
CCS utilizes the FACTS Management Company tuition payment program. New families will be asked to sign up for an actively managed payment plan from the school’s website and choose the plan that works best for your family.
FACTS is easily managed online, and your payment plan can be set through there. Click here to sign up today for FACTS Management.
For families that require financial assistance, Cathedral Chapel School is happy to offer CEF Scholarships and the Adopt-A-Student program. For more information on these programs, or other scholarships that may be available to you, please contact the front office.
